Your email, handled with care.
What we collect.
By subscribing, you provide your email address and agree to receive the Rancho newsletter. We record your email address, subscription date, consent version and an unsubscribe code.
How we use it.
Registration adds you to the list of people interested in future newsletter editions. The form does not automatically send an edition or a confirmation message. We do not sell the list or use it for third-party advertising.
How to unsubscribe.
After you register a new email address, the form displays an unsubscribe link. Keep this link. Once you confirm cancellation, your subscription record is deleted. Future messages should also include an unsubscribe link.
Storage and browsing.
Subscription records are stored with the portal's hosting service until you unsubscribe. This edition does not install advertising, tracking or audience analytics tools. Search and filters work during your browsing session.
Contact messages.
The contact form records your name, email, WhatsApp number when provided, topic, message, language, company or brand when provided, content URL when specified, submission date and permission to respond. Only authorised editorial staff can access these details to handle advertising, story suggestions, corrections and other enquiries. WhatsApp is optional and is used to respond to your enquiry. These details do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We use a technical identifier derived from the network address and date to limit abusive submissions; the network address is not saved in the message. Contacts remain in the dashboard for follow-up. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, use the contact form and provide the reference number if available.
External links.
Content may link to official websites and reference sources. When you open these links, the respective websites' policies apply.
